Control Panel for Pre-treat, drying oven, curing oven and conveyor system, TD Finishing equipment is available with full PLC control allowing for recording and viewing in real time the status of your facility. Whether you have remote access or a large plant, operators are able to see at a glance that your production is running smoothly.
Giving readings of purge timers, set-point, current temperature, conveyor status, and well as fan / burners / pumps running. All of which can be recorded and supplied with your finished product to improve quality control.

THE SCADA & HMI SOLUTIONS

The preferred SCADA solution in EXTO controls to Controls the entire production, Normally we use 15” touch screens in the main panel and 7” touch panels at the operator boxes. These are placed where the operators handle the wagons and items. If needed these panels can be delivered in various sizes:

• Exto deliver touch panels in several different sizes as normal flat screens and also wide screens.

• The SCADA solution is preferred where the visualization solution is more advanced e.g. when a database is required. In this situations we use an industrial PC by Software and install an SQL database for handling the data.

HMI

The preferred HMI solution in EXTO controls is Siemens hardware and software. Normally we use 15” touch screens in the main panel and 6” or 8” touch panels at the operator boxes. These are placed where the operators handle the wagons and items. If needed these panels can be delivered in various sizes:

• When selecting the Siemens HMI solution you have an integrated solution where you can program and access all addresses and feathers through the Siemens Software.
